Liked: You cancelled our confirmed reservation the day of arrival and referred us to a different hotel at an increase in rates that was not a good place, with no explanation for the cancellation.
Disliked: Never got to stay there

Decent stay, nothing spectacular.
Liked: I liked the staff and their courtesy and professionalism.
Disliked: To be a Marriott brand property, the hotel is in need of serious renovations. The hotel was outdated and had a lackluster appearance.

Disliked: I booked this hotel 8 months ago but when I arrived to check-in I was told that the hotel closed down on September 1st to become a shelter and I was never notified by them or booking.com.

Absolutely disappointing.
Liked: Easy access to the train.
Disliked: No cleaning, plenty of excuses, and still no cleaning.Nobody could make a decision. Managers did not have a clue. Perfect at making excuses.Room was not cleaned once. No new/fresh towels once.Good at excuses.No discount as promised after the stay.

We slept comfortably
Liked: The gym and the breakfast was nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The pool was closed for maintenance, but nothing was said about it in advance.
