Disliked: The night time front desk person was very rude. When I complained to the person who was there in the morning, she looked embarrassed and said, "I know, I'm sorry. That's why he works at night." People like him make everyone else look bad. Also, the TV in the room wasn't plugged in; the beds in the room were so hard that my back still hurts two days later; the parking lot was plowed so terribly that my car got stuck in its spot. And randomly, the light switch at the door turned on the light on the complete other side of the room. We didn't find that one out until we were leaving. Oh and we were woken up by housekeeping knocking at out door just after 8 in the morning. It was pretty unfortunate.
