Liked: First of all, I want to underline the staff of the hotel. Managaer and his team exceed expectations in the attitude and professionalism towards hotel guests. We were lucky to be welcomed by Viola, and later, Viola also helped on the day of leaving. She has a beautiful smile and a wonderful personality. Viola was patient and assisted in the issue with dates changing until the issue was resolved. Viola works prompt, professional, and genuine. So, one of the reasons to choose Copenghagen Norshavn in future adain is Viola.The next moment is delicious breakfast and tidy rooms. And very comfy beds, slept like on clouds.Very grateful for the stay. Will definitely return back!

Liked: Nice new place. Very clean. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Amenities basic, but plenty for a short stay.

Great hotel with new facilities

Liked: A very new hotel with cozy facilities. I love that it was close to the city center - just a few stops away. The smart tv also was a great addition.
Disliked: No fridge - if there would be a fridge in the room this would really elevate the experience.

Would not recommend.

Liked: The location, hotel, and the rooms look really nice. Everything was perfectly clean.
Disliked: The room. We had a ground floor room that had a bench right in front of the only window. Let's just say it was quite lively during the night.The toilet is tilted 3 degrees to the side which is actually a bit funny but nicely represents the quality.The breakfast. Itwas chaotic and overcrowded, all while the hotel did not even seem to have been fully booked.The selection was OK, covering the basics, but there was a line for almost everything.The noise. The sound insulation was absolutely terrible. We could hear people having conversations in the hall, we could hear the badly balanced doors smashing closed. We could hear every toilet flush from the rooms above us. During the night we could even hear the neighbours snoring. This should not be the case in such a modern hotel. The little things. The TV hmdi connection did not work. The faster Internet costs extra. They do rent out branded bikes for 150dkk - like cmon that could have been such a nice perk to offer for free.

Disliked: Some more hot vegan food in breakfast would be nice but otherwise all superb
