Liked: It was quite clean they called the room when our taxi arrived.

Disliked: Front desk attendants were un-informed about all aspects of their own hotel and rude on top of it. They did not want to help any of their guests whatsoever and called me by the wrong name for the entire stay even after correcting them.

Noise, Odors, and Extra Fees...
Liked: My experience at this hotel was disappointing. To be honest, there was nothing I particularly liked during my stay.
Disliked: The location is quite inconvenient, as it's far from most points of interest. It's also surrounded by highways, which creates constant noise, and a train passes by frequently, making it hard to get any rest.Another downside is the internet policy – you have to pay separately for each device, which I found unreasonable. The facilities are poorly maintained, and there's a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the property.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be staying here again on future visits to San Diego.
