Liked: It was quite clean they called the room when our taxi arrived.

Disliked: Front desk attendants were un-informed about all aspects of their own hotel and rude on top of it. They did not want to help any of their guests whatsoever and called me by the wrong name for the entire stay even after correcting them.

Great value and central location,...

Liked: Great price, especially for the San Diego area. Still very close to downtown, good train/highway connection. Many shopping/dining options nearby. Lots of parking space. Neighborhood is okay. Definitely not as sketchy as other reviews here make it seem.
Disliked: It's next to a train track, so expect noise/train horns, even in the middle of the night.

Disliked: That look like a banana, a vent was coming out of the ceiling... Which looked like it was hanging on a thin wire and could hit you at any time in the bathtub..
