Disliked: My room smelled like a dog kennel. When I shared this with the manager, she said yeah, all our rooms are pet rooms. I slept in my auto and only showered there. I have my own towels -- theirs smelled.

Liked: Old school 21curved screen Magnavox, no micro or coffee maker, just a clean place nice people in the office and a good bed, at a VERY reasonable rate for downtown Phoenix. MUCH better than anything in the area for the $$.

Disliked: This place was gross, ceilings falling in with holes cut in it, there was a bullet hole patched about the table in room, the staff room cleaners were JACKED up on drugs, so badly in fact you could see them twitching and jaw jacking, TV didn’t work, bed trim was stained very badly as well as the floor, and when I complained they gave me 20$ back on a 160$ room; even though I had pictures of everything… booking.com did nothing to help me get money back either… DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!
