Extended Stay America Suites - Tampa - Northeast

We had to ask for everything we wanted individually. The continental breakfast was terrible - the food was of poor quality. For the cost of the room the breakfast should have been edible and at least there should have been a hair dryer and coffee pot in the room. We will not stay there again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was remodeled and nice.
Disliked: There was nothing in the room when we arrived, not even a coffee pot or a hair dryer. We had to ask for everything individually. All we got in the room was two small plastic cups, two little bars of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo.

Liked: The hallway smelled like cooked food . They need to replace that carpet. Phew!
Disliked: The hallway carpet. The shower was hot though!

Roaches, smells musty IT WAS...

Disliked: I got in so late my husband and I were too exhausted to switch rooms so we stayed…the hotel and room smelled so musty and like dirty dog. In the morning it smelled like citrus almost like they were trying to cover up the smell. I couldn’t sleep with the ac because the smell was so awful. We saw 3-4 roaches too I took pictures and will be reporting them this place is a huge health hazard! I will be getting my money back.

Liked: That's it's in a area where it's not much traffic or noise near by.
Disliked: It has Odor as soon as u walk in the building. The room says no smoking and it smell like nothing but smoke. Hair was all over the restroom. When I left the room and came back at night turn on the lights there was roaches crawling on the floor . The pillow had stains on it the floor was super sticky. The tube was nasty I had to reclean it myself. I will not be back.
