Poor

Liked: It was close to the airport, but so are other hotels I. The area.
Disliked: The room was way over priced and very dirty, smelled in front of a a gentlemen’s club. The pull out mattress had very bad stains all over it, the window was broken. The whole hotel was very run down and disgusting. We all had to Share 2 double beds, 3 people on each bed. I woudl not recommend this hotel. There are better ones in the area for the same price or little more that that would be worth paying for. We were only there for 7 hours before catching a flight. It was also very load and I saw person next to us shovel towels at there front door. They should do better. I would like a refunded. I paid way too much for this place it’s disturbing.

Liked: The staff was very nice. There were no kitchen silverware or plates or anything in kitchen. Also the microwave did not work. But it worked for one night !!!!

Liked: The price was ok.
Disliked: We had 4 adults and the room really wasn't big enough with the pull out couch in it. Then the ice machine wasn't working, there was only one in the whole hotel. At three in the morning the pull out couch broke. We had three adults on one bed and one adult on the couch. I went down to the desk in the morning and told them about it, the lady said she didn't think they had any extra pull out couches and that was it. It wasn't fixed or replaced. There was a group of men in the parking lot drinking beer. The grab and go breakfast was non existent. My daughters went down at 8am and there was nothing left. I was really disappointed with the hotel.

Liked: They kept me waiting two hours for a room that wasn't clean. The sofa bed was quite dirty. There were no sheets or blankets. I asked for them at the front desk, but they told me I had to provide them myself. The service wasn't very good. I won't stay at that hotel again.

Don't choose this

Liked: I didn't like anything! Having arrived tired from the Metallica concert hoping to take a shower and go to bed, it turned out that they wouldn't check us in! They thought that the payment was declined, and after clarifying with Booking, it turned out that there were simply no rooms! The receptionist didn't even apologize, she went to her closet.

Not sleeping with Roaches

Liked: Location
Disliked: Cleanliness. Dead roaches. The check in process. No breakfast or coffee by 9 am. It was over at 9:30. Has a not fresh smell. Once I discovered dead roaches. I had to change my own sheets. Reserved for 5. Room wasn't ready for 5. Staff inattentive. Not extended stay quality.

Disliked: Had to deal with ants and roaches. Staff wouldn’t give me new towels they kept telling me to come back in 2 hours. Never got the towels till I had to ask for them the next day.
