Liked: I didn't like anything! Having arrived tired from the Metallica concert hoping to take a shower and go to bed, it turned out that they wouldn't check us in! They thought that the payment was declined, and after clarifying with Booking, it turned out that there were simply no rooms! The receptionist didn't even apologize, she went to her closet.

Not sleeping with Roaches

Liked: Location
Disliked: Cleanliness. Dead roaches. The check in process. No breakfast or coffee by 9 am. It was over at 9:30. Has a not fresh smell. Once I discovered dead roaches. I had to change my own sheets. Reserved for 5. Room wasn't ready for 5. Staff inattentive. Not extended stay quality.

Disliked: Had to deal with ants and roaches. Staff wouldn’t give me new towels they kept telling me to come back in 2 hours. Never got the towels till I had to ask for them the next day.

Disliked: Well, I hope most people read the reviews before booking. Our room was dirty, huge roaches coming out of bathroom crack, did not have breakfast like it states (or even coffee), can hear the people in the room beside you or outside the door, loud property, no staff at the desk later in the evening to ask a question. Also if you book through booking.com don’t try to extend your check out time, they will just tell you to book an entire new night with them.
