Disliked: I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the extremely unsanitary conditions we experienced during our stay.Upon returning to our room late at night after spending the evening in Manhattan, we were horrified to discover a dead mouse in the room. We immediately notified room service, and while we appreciate that the staff arranged a room change, the situation was far from acceptable.The strong odor in the room had already affected us, and having to change rooms at 1 a.m. was not only stressful but entirely inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. The entire experience left us in an extremely uncomfortable and disturbed state.This level of hygiene is deeply concerning, and we believe it warrants further action. We kindly ask that you take this matter seriously and offer appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.

Liked: One of the dirtiest hotel in my whole life i have visited, the hotel is a shame for hotel industry of New jersey, i hope responsible parties should audit and take action on such un standard hotel

Disliked: DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, especially room 237. When we first checked-in, we did notice the room was not the cleanest but throughout the night it was apparent that there is a COCKROACH infestation. The roaches were EVERYWHERE; in the bathtub and toilets,kitchen, walls, in our clothes and shoes, and crawling on us in our bed!!! We could not sleep even for a second. Our stay went very badly! In the morning, maintenance passed by to check on our A/C and we addressed our concern. The maintenance staff noticed the infestion and even he was appalled. He sprayed our room and told us he would let management know. Upon leaving, we informed the front desk of our terrible experience. Jason, the front desk representative, let us know he could not issue a refund at the moment, however he suggested we contact the hotel manager. We will be doing so. We do not know if anything will come of this, but we would like to WARN ANYONE considering this gross and hazardous establishment. This hotel should not be in business!

Dead mouse under the bed...

Liked: First morning the first alarm went off for an extended period of time which was pulled by a staff member behind the check-in counter. Entire building evacuated and had to wait an extended time before going back into hotel. Also, upon gathering belongings to check out of room, I found a dead mouse under one of my beds. Looked like it had been there awhile. This is so bad. A dead mouse under your bed while I slept for 2 nights!!

Liked: I didn't mind the simple breakfast consisting of oatmeal, muffins, a few bars for snack, coffee and tea. I liked the public transportation to New York City.
