A little disappointed in the...

Liked: We loved that the bus stop was very close to the hotel. We really liked the amount of counter and cabinet space in the kitchen. The beds were quite comfortable. Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water when we needed it. Loved the large countertop space in the bathroom! The silverware and dishes (except for the pan) were in good shape. The couch and the coffee table were in good shape. The heater worked very well! The staff was very helpful anytime we asked for anything. Our refrigerator was a good size and very clean, it kept the food cold, and the freezer kept the food frozen.
Disliked: There are no baseboards along the main hallway, which makes it look rundown. The room was not clean enough there were 2 large sticky spots on the floor that we cleaned up, and a few sticky spots on the island that we had to clean, gross! The chairs at the island were covered in stains and marks, really really gross! We had to cover the chairs with towels to bear sitting on them! The Teflon coated pan we received to use was so scratched, it was completely unusable. There were no serving bowls available, no measuring cups/spoons, no dishwashing soap, no dishwasher detergent, no garbage disposal. The bed in the pull out couch had saggy springs that sank in spots. The breakfast was a little sparse, just blueberry or chocolate muffins, coffee, and oatmeal. There are not enough towel racks to hang towels. The room sleeps 6 people, and there were only 2 towel hooks!

Superb

good and not so good

Liked: good value for money, kitchenette
Disliked: we were not allowed to use the restrooms after checkout while waiting for airport transfer. lid to bathtub didn’t work, not even after it had been replaced so we couldn’t use the bathtub, and firealarm went off in all the rooms if someone didn’t do their cooking right in one room.

I will not stay here...

Disliked: Alarm went off in the middle of the night which almost gave me a heart attack. The room was dirty, the shower head barely worked. The reception stuff was rude and didn’t know what they were doing. We were missing a hairdryer and when we asked for one at the reception he said he will call a technician instead of giving us a hairdryer. The sofa was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Very poor breakfast options.

Very enjoyable stay

Liked: We liked the location, the spacious characterful room, the comfortable mattresses, the breakfast, the large tv, the cooking facilities, the hot shower and bath. Excellent value for money.
Disliked: The fridge was a little noisy at night, the fire alarm went off a couple of times but was silenced again quickly, the communal corridors areas needed some attention.
