Liked: I absolutely Loved this Hotel. It was very clean, very quiet, safe. The area is the best part, not only do you have a bus 2 minutes away from you that goes to central New York but you also have Dunkin, Walmart, chipotle etc. literally 10 minutes away ( walking distance ). I didn’t talk to staff a lot but when I did they were nice and respectful. A deserved 5/5.

Never again.
Liked: Very close to mall and restaurants.
Disliked: Freezer made an obnoxious sound, tv had a blue tint couldnt enjoy it, light fixture looked like it was going to fall at any moment. And the random fire drill at 9pm wasn’t pleasant when your trying to relax. The lady at the front making a joke about it while at check out just shows they don’t care for the comfort of their customers and it annoyed me just a bit more. I’ll be staying across the street next time.

Once and never again, despite...
Liked: The bus stop was a 1-minute walk from the hotel.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off a few times, but it didn’t bother us much as it didn’t happen during the night. The floor in the lobby was very dirty. Of course, it’s understandable that snow and salt from shoes can make the floor messy, but the condition remained unchanged for four days. Additionally, breakfast was served in the lobby, which made the dirty floor even more unpleasant. The cabinets where the breakfast was displayed were also in need of renovation. Our room was very dirty. For example, there were food residues, like rice, on the kitchen counter. The room smelled dusty and musty. The water in the shower didn’t just drip; it ran constantly, enough to fill a bathtub. We had to keep the bathroom door closed while showering because the fire alarm was located right outside the bathroom and could easily be triggered. We stayed in a ground-floor room, and two large floodlights outside the window shone directly into the room. Even with the curtains closed, the room remained very bright. Additionally, the curtains were damaged, making it even harder to block out the light. The room was equipped with a kitchen, but it was completely empty—there were no dishes or utensils of any kind.
