The staff we honest about...

Liked: Close to the area we were going to.
Disliked: The hot water was having issues; however, the staff let us know before we checked in, so it was our choice to stay. It wasn’t the hotels fault by any means. Things happen! We appreciate the hotel staff letting us know before we checked in so if we wanted to find another place.

Disliked: Upon arriving we were told that there was no hot water. I was also told if I checked in after being told there is no hot water there would be no refunds available. I had this room booked since December….and was not made aware by booking or the property. It smelled very weird in the entire place. Our room smelled. My shoes stuck to the floor with every step. There was tape “patching” what I assume is a hole or crack in the shower floor. There is no water pressure. It takes 30 minutes with all faucets on to get anything more than a trickle from the shower. The elevators are scary and make awful noise when riding in it. Jose was very nice, and as accommodating as could be in that place…the girl at the front desk seemed to have a little attitude when I called down, but I think I would too if I worked there. The only good thing I have to say is that Jose did his best. Definitely do not recommend, if I could give a zero I would. There is absolutely no reason our one night stay should’ve been $182 for what we got.

Disliked: Room was just okay, tub dirty and toilet overflowed and would not flush. Hot water problems as well

Disliked: No hot water nd had to run out for a false fire alarm, me and my children

Liked: The WORST place to stay I would not recommend!! NO HOT WATER!! And the staff had the audacity to say let it run for a little while and it will get hot.
