Not what you pay for.
Disliked: The breakfast was weak. Too simple. Not considered a real breakfast. The gym equipment, all three treadmills, were broken and did not run well. The room had a kitchenette; however, no coffee pot, etc in the room. You would need to get items at the front desk.

Liked: Location to the job site. All other aspects of this property are a joke to say the least.

Liked: I like the excellent service and kind staff in this hotel. My friend loss her ear ring and JP ( service man help us to search for the earring and we found. Honest and nice staffs. Thank also to Desiree, Rachel and Crytal.

Liked: For breakfast it was only coffee and muffins....aI was expecting a decent breakfast and the sad part is when we booked part of the deal is breakfast included I stay for 2 nights in that facility I booked other 3 nights in a different location

Worst experience ever. And not...
Liked: Booked a roomArrived after midnight, the employees at the front desk were having a problem with another customer and she was mad at him. I waited too long. Then I showed him my reservation and he said he could not give me the room before 2 AM. Even though I paid for that night. I was so tired I needed to use the room and bathroom and he wouldn't give me my room. When we argued he threatened me to call the police. I asked him to call the police if he likes then he made a phone call with someone, later the police arrived. The employee couldn't explain to him why he could not accommodate me other than making excuses by the system. The policeman was surprised by his attitude and told him that the customer paid for that night and I have the right to be frustrated and he should not have called the police. Later the officer left after he told me his advice to look somewhere else. I had a booking with me on the phone trying to solve the problem. Then booking.cim rep called them then she came back on the phone and said that they will not accommodate me and the employee came back from the back office and he said that they will not accept me. I had to drive after 2AM to find another hotel. SURPRISINGLY THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. which the employee confirmed to the police that they did not charge me. Still for almost 10 days the charge is showing in my statement and it is not refunded yet..
