Liked: Nothing
Disliked: So many shady individuals and kids just running around as if it were a park. Lobby reeked of cigarettes and fecal matter. Hallway carpets were stained with unknown substances and there were cockroaches in the room. As we were checking in the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. However the manager of the grounds did deserve props. He kept it professional and was accommodating

Absolutely disgusting

Liked: I have nothing nice to say about this property. Drug addicts, used for temporary housing for the homeless and full of drugs, loud music, security on each floor. Definitely not worth $216 stay, I wouldn’t stay for free.
Disliked: Everything, I have never been more disappointed in my life.

Used to be a good,cheap...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful where they could be, but the property has some issues that need addressing.
Disliked: From the overly aggressive water-flow regulator on the toilet that made it appear it was broken to the cockroaches on the bathroom floor and kitchen counter, the property has some serious issues. I've stayed here before a number of times and the place has definitely gone downhill. There are also metal strips on the guest room doors indicating there have been security issues since I was there last. I can't recommend it for business travel unless you have no other options.

It was uncomfortable to hear...

Liked: The place looks like it’s a long term residence for some people. There was a few people with dogs others bringing in their laundry, pizza being delivered to the room. Check in area looks poorly kept small and low budget. Glad I only booked one night. My booking wasn’t refundable that’s why I stayed one night. Very uncomfortable.
