Disliked: That I got charged 3 times an now I have to wait for a refund for 3 to 7 days not cool

Disliked: It wasn’t clean and there was cockroaches in my room

Disliked: Didn’t have a guaranteed room. I want compensation!

Disliked: Bathroom tub was dirty, there was still hair in the tub. Sheets and towels had stains. Smelled funky. Also I received a call 5 minutes before checkout from the owner confirming we were checking out. I usually check out on the dot and I’ve never received a call like this.
