I wouldn’t stay here again...

Liked: The location was the only thing that was half way decent about this facility.
Disliked: When I checked into my 2 NON-Smoking rooms on Monday, they smelled like someone chain smoked in them, and 1 of the rooms had no bathroom mirror, when I complained to the front desk they said they had no other rooms available. Which I later found out was a lie. So I went to Walmart and bought FaBreeze and glade plug-ins. By Wednesday, they had not serviced the rooms, which meant full trash and no fresh towels, again went to ask for the rooms to be cleaned and was told, they only do it once per week, and if my trash was full there were bins at the bottom of the stairs, when I asked for fresh towels, they only had 2 bath towels and 3 wash cloths, I personally put the used towels outside my room for collection, while under the impression that my accommodations would be cleaned with in the next day or two, I was wrong, by Friday, still no room cleaning, when I went to the desk AGAIN, I was given the same excuse, they only clean once a week, I told them they needed to clean our rooms and again I needed towels this time. They only had one bath towel and one bath mat, but I was assured they would take care of my issues, oh and the dirty towels outside my door, still there. Both Saturday and Sunday morning I left early and returned rather late, big surprise no cleaning, and the office was closed so no one to complain to. Monday morning, 1 week later, first thing I went to the office, the attendant gave me the same run around, they only clean once per week, but I explained my situation and she told me they would be refunding me 30% of my room rate costs, still waiting for that to happen. It’s now been almost a full month and no refunds, nothing, and each time I’ve called, if they actually answer, I get put on hold or hung up on.

Liked: It was quite at night, from the moment we checked in you can tell that this hotel had absolutely no sense of responsibility, direction, lack of employees or even service. We had issues with booking.com and the hotel receiving the payment for the room we sat there for 3 hours and a half not only do we have problems hotel receiving the payment from booking.com to make it worse they gave us a room that would had broken drawers broken lamps beds felt like the springs were coming through , the room was in shambles but we took it because they had honored us supposedly a room on Monday and everything at 11 pm was sold out and I was tired of going back and forth after we spent 1400 for this place that was just non hospitable , well Monday came room was never honored room was honored until Wednesday afternoon then we asked for an extra day because not only do they give us a messed up room they never even acknowledge the fact that we were in a room that nothing worked and had non of the things that we were suppose to have , what's worse is the stove didn't work we didn't have a microwave in the first room then on the second room same things only thing was the microwave worked all those things were added into the room that weren't there and then the new room they gave us look nice and pretty much this overall hotel stay is absolutely horrible the service the management named Katherine especially the woman that works supposedly with corporate she's absolutely rude she does not acknowledge you they didn't even have breakfast some days please by all means take my reviews very serious and do not stay here it is not only in a very ugly location it's away from everything you're surrounded by nothing but like businesses and I just thought it would have been pleasant if even the management would have been nice but the corporate woman Katherine was the worse to deal with because she was standing ofish and when spoken to would ignore you or walk away as...

Liked: The location and the peacefulness
Disliked: The size of the beds was wrong, no room service was provided, and the room smelled awful. We asked for extra blankets and were ignored. On top of all the disappointments, the shampoo and conditioner were “complimentary.” Seriously? Even the cheapest hotel provides shampoo and conditioner and even more. The breakfast was a joke- snacks and watery coffee. We visited for my daughter’s birthday celebration and it was partially ruined…
