Liked: The location
Disliked: The costumer service, we can’t be on our room when we get there we have too wait for a long time and nobody answers the phone when we try to contact the office

Disliked: I appreciate the staff’s efforts during our stay, but unfortunately, the overall experience left a bit to be desired. The cleanliness of the property could definitely be improved, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe—especially with some concerning activity happening outside late at night. I didn’t feel entirely comfortable during our stay, and I hope future improvements can help create a better experience for guests

Not worth the stay and...

Liked: Front desk help was much appreciated
Disliked: Hallway/corridor was dirty and we had to stay in front of the trash site. Kitchen facility was at the worst without proper utensils even after booking the room with kitchen according to website

I would not stay here...

Liked: Good location to the mall.
Disliked: The refrigerator had rust stains or something on the side facing the counter making it disgusting to be In the kitchen. We didn’t feel sanitary to cook.

Disliked: I BOOKED ONLINE ---WHEN I CHECKED OUT, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA $ 30

Disliked: I booked this online and received a call 20 minutes later that they were overbooked and they couldn’t accommodate me. Was charged anyways and getting my refund was like pulling teeth. (Until I called guest relations.. they were extremely helpful)

Over charged discrepancy booking.com fees...
