Liked: The facility was in terrible condition snd the hotel has a horrific smell. My suggestion is to remove all the carpet and do new flooring.
Disliked: The smell and conditions of the hotel are not up to par.

Liked: NOTHING!!!!!! THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
Disliked: It smelled in the lobby. The carpets were dirty...needs a deep cleaning or replacement. Elevator floor was sticky and dirty. The room was terrible.furniture was scuffed up, sofa had heavy duty tape where there was a big tear in vinyl. Furniture had stains,dirty. Unable to wipe it off, sofa had two different size cushions, unable to sit on it. It felt like something was crawling on me in the bed. Slept at the foot of the bed. Roach in the kitchen. Tried to get a refund and cancel. The property and booking.com rep couldn't agree on nothing. I had to stay there because with out the refund I couldn't go anywhere else. This was the most frustrating, worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I was held hostage to this horrific place. Unable to sleep for the time I was there. I will NEVER use a third party agency again because there is no security if the hotel is horrible. After you check in you are screwed. I traveled out of town to this place. You can only see the room after you check in. But then can't cancel because of the atrocity of the place. I traveled 6 hrs only to arrive to a filthy hotel with no hope of getting a refund to enjoy my trip. I had several pictures but they only allowed four.
