Liked: The stay was great and the front desk was helpful and courteous.
Disliked: The carpet looks vintage/old but other than that it was a good stay

Liked: Older property. Everything felt dated. No trash can in room. Different odors present throughout property. Night auditor was rude at checkout. We didn't feel valued. We won't be returning.

Not pleased

Liked: My experience at Extended Stay America Suites Raleigh was not to pleasing. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night. The place had a horrible smell. I was on the 2nd floor which had soft spots in the floor. The bathroom sink and tub had dirt rings that would not come out.

Not worth it.

Liked: Didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth. They didn’t have much to offer. Breakfast was not the best. No wifi even tho it said they had wifi. All weekend the wifi “couldn’t connect” it was ima and off a lot. It might have connected for 2 hours out of our whole stay. No garbage bags, no paper plates or plastic spoons or napkins. Overall the staff weren’t horrible how ever what they had to offer was definitely not worth what we payed for. So i wouldn’t recommend it for that reason. People come from far away and spend hundreds to expect a decent hotel room and it was very disappointing to have to throw away our hard earned money for something like this. Definitely for what we spent we might as well would have gotten a different hotel.

Liked: the staff . the smell . the place was VERY disgusting . the “ pictures “ are NOT what the actual rooms look like . the floors were sticky . our window was open . the bathroom was DISGUSTING , the tub , sink and toilet was very dirty . we couldn’t even use the bathroom without it simply looking like it was about to run over . the tv was scratched , smelled of dog or rat urine . the refrigerator looked like it belonged to a family of roaches .

Liked: Staff at front desk was nice.
Disliked: The room was absolutely disgusting. There was blood on one of the pillows, hair on the bedding, dirty underwear and socks from previous people, black mold in the shower (which I am highly alergic to) and everything in the room looked like it hadn't been washed/wiped down in weeks. The shower had used bars of soap that were not cleaned off upon our arrival. The refrigerator door opens up against the wall making it very difficult to get into.

It was alright

Liked: There were crumbs in the kitchen area, long hair on the sheets, and the bathroom sink wouldn’t fully turn off. In addition, despite pre paying on booking.com, I almost had to rebook and pay again at the venue if it wasn’t for the staff calling over a manager to fix the issue. It was only after I mentioned staying at a different, cheaper place that they called over said manager.
