We did not stay at the extended star deluxe in the end. The hotel was filthy, room and entire hotel smelled like smoke. Front desk man was very rude. We ended up walking across the street to the radisson.

Liked: Literally sitting here for about five minutes, trying to come up with something positive or something that I did like about my stay and all I could come up with his location was nice to be close to the light rail with access to downtown other than that I haven’t been able to come up with anything
Disliked: Nothing, door entrances were broke. It was dirty outside. There were homeless people loitering around the property. There was drugs found in a drawer that were not inside of any kind of packaging just narcotics laying inside of a drawer, where where most hotels would have a Bible there was no hot water. We weren’t notified prior to booking. The staff wasn’t necessarily rude, but definitely weren’t informational very forthcoming with anything didn’t really have good people skills. They tried to charge me a second time. Luckily my card was locked in description said there would be. Complementary breakfast and never was the front desk attendant was absent from the front desk for over 30 minutes while I was waiting to ask questions about things like hot water and accommodations the counters inside the kitchen area and bathroom area we’re stained and dirty just all around not a very good experience would not recommend for the price that was paid and not a very safe feeling area or environment a lot of drug activity

It’s a good spot to...

Liked: The location is good close to downtown and was calm
Disliked: They don’t have breakfast like other hotels have a breakfast buffet that’s a worst to see. The only thing they have that is consider breakfast is muffins and a tasteless coffee. And the bathroom doesn’t look clean and the elevator smell horrible. Worst is the floor of the elevator is not clean compared to the lobby. The room I notice the couch was rip like it came from a cheap furniture store and kitchen doesn’t look clean. I don’t know how this hotel is 4.5 star the only thing is good that it’s a calm area to stay and sleep but the value to be 4 star and above could be improve on.
