Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Midtown

We did not stay at the extended star deluxe in the end. The hotel was filthy, room and entire hotel smelled like smoke. Front desk man was very rude. We ended up walking across the street to the radisson.

Disliked: the handicap automatic door didn't work.

Disliked: Where to start? The first room we were sent to hadn't been cleaned, bed wasn't made towels on the floor, trash everywhere. The whole place stinks of cat urine. You'd think you were staying in a dog kennel from the constant barking all night. There so called breakfast that consisted of your choice of a muffin or a pop tart was canceled because (the order never came in). The place feels more like a half way house then it does a hotel.
