Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Midtown

We did not stay at the extended star deluxe in the end. The hotel was filthy, room and entire hotel smelled like smoke. Front desk man was very rude. We ended up walking across the street to the radisson.

Disliked: Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work , smoke alarm would chirp at 2 am , dogs barking ,pictures you have are out dated , was charged 2 times for one night stay

Great location but very poor...

Liked: Outside the property looks nice and good A/c in the room.
Disliked: Room was not well maintained. Cigarette burns and Stains on all counters. Kitchen counters falling apart. Furniture in bad state. We will not stay at this property again.
