Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Midtown

We did not stay at the extended star deluxe in the end. The hotel was filthy, room and entire hotel smelled like smoke. Front desk man was very rude. We ended up walking across the street to the radisson.

Disliked: Reserved 2 rooms and both had bed bugs. A room down the hall let their dog out and the dog was defecating inside the hall. The rooms were not clean when they went in.

Liked: Nothing as smelly stinky and room stunk of smoke we booked 2 beds for 3 people and got 1 bed room and could not work with me
Disliked: Room stank of smoke it was a section 8 housing unit area stank of weed and room had been smoked in

Disliked: Room has my remote for TV. There was stains on bathroom door that look like blood. Couch was dirty, I didn’t put my bags down .

Disliked: Disgusting dirty smelly! The mattress for the pullout had piss and brown stains all over it the cabinets were falling apart no dishwasher just a whole the sink had a tore up cup in the drain. The elevator smelled exactly like dog pee. I asked for a new room because the mattress was HORRIBLE AND THEY REFUSED! Don’t not reccomend at all!
