Never again. The corridor smells pretty nasty and people left kitchen utensils outside the room. Pretty disappointed.

Disliked: I needed to move several times from bedroom to bedroom, and the final one (the lady at the front desk gave me a suite after my 5th visit to main hall), had issues. No bathroom vent; the sink didn't have the lid (I thought that an insect could jump on me when I was brushing my teeth); the bath had a drainage problem (my feet got submerged most of the time). On the top of that, hair everywhere. The bath curtain had a considerable amount of hair attached to it.

Disliked: Room was outdated one small tv , tub peeling holes in the wall. Sink stained up had to pay an additional $100 deposit before check in.

Tolerable for 1 night.

Liked: Having full kitchen.
Disliked: Kitchen utensils were too old, not well preserved, toilet paper was not renewed from last visitor, smell of food throughout the halls, clerks not too welcoming. Receipt not printed at checkout with the excuse of printer not available when it was available at night, at check in.

Good location. Staff doesn’t communicate...

Liked: It was walking distance from my job. I usually have a long commute so it was nice to just walk to work.
Disliked: The bathtub paint was chipped. There was hair in some furniture. The breakfast was half empty when I got there at 6:20. When I left to do something for work and came back at 10:30 AM to shower the housekeeper cleaned out my room and threw out my bag of pantry food. I complained to the front desk staff they said go ahead and shower that wasn’t possible with the A/C turned off too. I’m pregnant if I took a shower and came out to a 90 degree room I’d pass out. So, I checked out and went home with only my cold food and drinks that was in the fridge and sweaty from work.

What is the point of...

Disliked: This is the first Extended Stay I've been to that didn't have plates and silverware, or even cookware. The breakfast options were very paltry. I was unable to cook a meal for my kid in the room. Using this feature was why I chose this chain over others.

The price was decent for...

Liked: The location in relation to things to do was good
Disliked: The staff’s customer service was awful. They were rude and constantly on their phones/leaving the desk.
