Kelly, Spring Valley, visiting Toyota Arena Ontario

Only had one request at check-in: (3pm) a coffee maker and coffee room. Front desk was very rude when my husband asked again 2 1/2 hrs later. Finally, when we came back from our event at 10:30, we went to the front desk and waited for them to finally give us the coffee maker we had requested 7 hours earlier.

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Front desk unfriendliness.

Should have stayed at the...

Liked: Staff were so helpful, kind, and welcoming.
Disliked: Hallways smelled horrible, rooms are basic, it was the literal roaches that were nasty. They were in the bathroom and climbing up the walls.
