Only had one request at check-in: (3pm) a coffee maker and coffee room. Front desk was very rude when my husband asked again 2 1/2 hrs later. Finally, when we came back from our event at 10:30, we went to the front desk and waited for them to finally give us the coffee maker we had requested 7 hours earlier.

Disliked: Front desk unfriendliness.

Liked: That you and booking.com took my money and know one was their to even greet me or give me the room I acquired for the night so have to sleep in my truck. I want a refund.

Liked: The guy clerk was very helpful gave great customer service & tried to apologize for the un clean of the hotel the room had stains on the sheets trash under bed no towel leaking pipe in restroom water on floor no towels. The hotel manager said they had to order them and give me a credit &;never didn't I tried to reach them several times no return call from manager please call me 909 286 5568 Thank you

Ok stay until the fire...

Liked: I did NOT LIKE that the telephone in room 220 did not work especially during a fire emergency, I tried to call the front desk and phone was inoperable. I am disabled and asked for a FIRST floor room, but got a second floor room and when theFire alarm went off, the elevator was disabled and with a cane, I had to walk down the stairs which brought me unbearable pain and I was in the lobby for 3 hours and because of my pain was unable to walk to check out and had to pay for another day even asking the manager if I could have an extended check out time since I was heldUp for at least 3 hours in the lobby until the elevator was working again. NoCompassion the manager did not have.
Disliked: See comments above about what I DID NOT LIKE.The bath tub and sink did not have a stopper and I wanted to take a hot soothing bath. Even the kitchen sink did not have a stopperTo wash dishes!!

Nasty ass place

Liked: Nothing i liked about this place
Disliked: Every room they took my too was very dirty and the hotel really smelled. The elevator broke down then didnt block it off. Roaches in the room cause there was old food left in microwave and dirty didhes left on counter. There card reader was broken and we couldnt get into are rooms with out the staff to open it and we had to wait an awhile for them to open it. Getto!

Disappointed and canceled my reservation

Disliked: Room was less than adequate and not clean. Canceled my reservation and stayed at another location. Too many homeless.

Liked: The place is in a great location & a good value.
Disliked: The rooms where kind of old, & very foul smell on the walkways. Also parking is kinda busy, & for a person with a disability parking far was a bit of annoying. Also random cars parked in roundabout not caring they're parked there.
