Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Ontario Airport

Only had one request at check-in: (3pm) a coffee maker and coffee room. Front desk was very rude when my husband asked again 2 1/2 hrs later. Finally, when we came back from our event at 10:30, we went to the front desk and waited for them to finally give us the coffee maker we had requested 7 hours earlier.

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Front desk unfriendliness.

Liked: I did not like this location at all. It was disappointing. I've stayed at different locations and this one is the worst aive ever seen.
Disliked: The room smelled like mildew. The ac was leaking and the room just didnt feel clean. I ended up leaving the location and requesting a refund.

Very Much Unpleasant Stay

Liked: The location is the only highlight!
Disliked: - Upon check in, we were given dirty room (photo attached)- Front Desk agent seemed behaving normal and not apologetic when I reported that room was dirty- Finally after getting a ready room, only 1 room card working out of 2- Room has cockroach and smelled unpleasant- The carpet in the room was run down- I would expect there is bathroom amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner & soap) and not waiting guests to request- The towel has hair strand- There was no pet waste bag provided (will be nice if provided). Seems many guests did not clean after their dog’s poop- Broken glass on the parking lot was not cleaned- The ‘Simple’ Breakfast was not portioned, as a result for one person could take 5 muffins!

Clean your hotels carpet get...

Liked: The breakfast was terrible. You guys could do better.
Disliked: Beds are very uncomfortable and you guys have roaches
