Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Ontario Airport

Only had one request at check-in: (3pm) a coffee maker and coffee room. Front desk was very rude when my husband asked again 2 1/2 hrs later. Finally, when we came back from our event at 10:30, we went to the front desk and waited for them to finally give us the coffee maker we had requested 7 hours earlier.

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Front desk unfriendliness.

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Bed seemed worn & shower was dated

Cockroaches.

Liked: The beds were surprisingly comfortable.
Disliked: The interior was run-down, smelly. There were cockroaches in our room. There was only 1 elevator for the entire building. The carpet was disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

Disappointing

Liked: We booked this hotel because of the pool. We arrive there and it was closed. They are extremely understaffed. The staff were very kind with us but they are doing a lots of things.

Liked: The beds were uncomfortable felt more like a cottage Also the smell on the 3rd floor was very bad It was very unexpectedly dirty I was very disappointed on how dirty it was there considering the location is a nice area

Disliked: property was overbooked, was moved to a kind room with a pull away for 4 adults. the pull away was straight springs so it forced all 4 adults to sleep in 1 kin bed. breakfast was not good, no pool or fitness center. hallways smelt bad and the rooms are dirty and outdated.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was so welcoming and helped me with my needs for the room. I would go back again. Enjoyed my stay close to my family right next to my room
Disliked: Sorry to say that there was roaches in my room. We did our best every day keeping the room clean. But they were everywhere. There's no broom and dust pan for sweeping the floor. I had to pick up crumbs daily.
