A TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING AND UNCOMFORTABLE...

Liked: After a 3 hr drive from San Antonio, and dinner, I finally settled in and went to bed at 11:00 pm but the fire alarm went off about 2:39 am and police and firefighters arrived. What a disaster , got 2 1/2 hrs of sleep and had to drive to Monterey , Mexico to pickup my fiancé , at 9 am that morning! And then drove back to San Antonio, 7 hrs return! I ask the hotel manager for a refund considering that I paid 89$ For 2 1/2 hr of sleep over a 15 hour drive and trip! I am requesting and total refund or a voucher for a night stay as consideration for the disaster this hotel chain put me through! I have pictures of firemen standing in the lobby! Where can I send them! I am a FB traveling ambassador to hundreds of thousands followers and will make sure my review of this hotel and booking.com handling of my request of a full refund and credit voucher for a comp. Stay. Thanks for your consideration!
Disliked: The fire alarm at 2:30 am and. The manager refusing to even consider any kind of offer or apology for the incident and paying 89 $ for 2 1/2 hours of sleep!While traveling round trip, fr San Antonio, Tx and Monterey Mexico international airport, I’ve 750 miles to and from!
