Awful and dangerous.

Liked: I thought I was getting a deal on a suite for my family of six.
Disliked: Even though I specifically stated there were six people, we were given a room with two full beds and a pull out twin bed. The lock on the door didn't work, and there were inebriated people rattling our door in the night. There was no phone in the room or number to call to report it. We survived, but this place is a hellhole.

The is our go to...

Liked: Location, 1st floor, close to exit for parking.
Disliked: Late afternoon, some trash on the floor in halls.

Liked: So close to NRG park, you can even walk there (25 min walk)
Disliked: Our shower didn’t have a curtain which we got after but it was not the right fit. The bed is very weak.

Disliked: Staff was just blah!!! It’s not breakfast included it was a continental breakfast that included coffee, hot water to make hot chocolate and instant oatmeal. Pictures on site showed waffles and more.

Liked: It was awful
Disliked: We had NO AC. Talked to the front desk person, VERY rude, she said they are sold out and cant do anything about it. Asked for a refund to go somewhere else. She said there was not a manager on property and she could not refund it either. The sink in our room (133) would not drain nor would the bathtub. It is 90 in Texas at night, the room was ridiculously hot. The breakfast consist of ONLY a pre packaged blue berry muffin that was stale and some packets of instant oatmeal. Horrible experience.

Disliked: Ac did not work to well and wall are very thin could hear everything people talking

Right in Hospital District, not...

Liked: We got a king suite and it was very large and spacious. Loved the fact that it had a regular size refrigerator and a stove. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked very well to keep our room cool.
Disliked: The plug in the bathtub did not work, so I used a wash cloth to hold the water in. I'm sure it got fixed, as I really liked the manager.I also didn't like that they only had a grab and go breakfast that was muffins and nutra grain bars, but it helped with the sweet tooth. Lol
