Our stay was great even...

Liked: I liked that when our ac unit stopped working late at night (about 1am) and told the front desk they were able to move us rooms in a matter of minutes. After the front clerk needed to call the manager since it was after office hours I thought they were going to have an issue since it was late but they were very generous. The other room was definitely an upgrade and we definitely appreciated the nice gesture for the inconvenience. Although I never told any staff or added in description when booking I did have my son who is disabled (has very sensitive condition when it comes to heat) with me for an appointment nearby the hotel (Texas Childrens Hospital) so I was very appreciative we didn't have any issues after I addressed my issues. Thank you very much.
Disliked: Everything was great no issues minus the problem with our ac unit.

Doctor’s appointments!!

Liked: Good location to go to hospitals
Disliked: It was horrible!! To start, they changed my room because they told me that the one I had reserved smell really bad.When we entered the new room, the bed sheets and blankets were dirty, as if they hadn't put clean sheets.We had to go ask for new ones, and they told us they didn't have any blankets because they hadn't washed them and they were all dirty.All this happened when we arrived. At night, lots of little cockroaches started coming out, and the worst part they were flying roaches!!!!!! All night long, they flew around the room like mosquitoes. It was horrible!!!!!!It was the worst for my daughter since we came to Houston for doctor's appointments and couldn't even rest or relax.

The properties were decent but...

Liked: Clean and close to the hospitals.
Disliked: The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Awful and dangerous.

Liked: I thought I was getting a deal on a suite for my family of six.
Disliked: Even though I specifically stated there were six people, we were given a room with two full beds and a pull out twin bed. The lock on the door didn't work, and there were inebriated people rattling our door in the night. There was no phone in the room or number to call to report it. We survived, but this place is a hellhole.

Liked: Location, 1st floor, close to exit for parking.
Disliked: Late afternoon, some trash on the floor in halls.
