Disliked: Traveling with my husband and two kids and after arriving to the hotel and making online reservations prior, the woman who “helped” me at the front desk told me that it had been cancelled and did not have us down for a room. My reservations were never cancelled as I had the email to prove it. She wouldn’t refund me and told me if I wanted to stay I would have to pay again and it would be $10 dollars for every hour until checkout.

Liked: Room and facilities were clean. Personnel were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little skimpy - a choice between a muffin and instant oatmeal. Other hotels, in the same price range, offered waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices. Room keys didn't work at one point. Parking lot was small and dirty.
