Liked: The clerk that checked us in attempted to double bill is on a room that was already paid for. The CC company alerted us to fraud and now after our trip we must deal with that. She tried to brush it off as incidential charges.

Liked: Booking and the hotel charged me twice for the same stay and the hotel has not provided any support or feedback to date, even though I noticed it right away, the hotel has not responded to my messages or emails. To date, Booking has not refunded me either.
