Worst hotel experience I’ve had...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Every time we stay at this hotel it’s something. Last time was blood stains in the bathtub, beds are always hard as a rock, and this time the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the rear lid off and pushed down the float. It took over an hour to get checked in because every time I pay through booking .com the hotel desk can never seem to see that payment and then they have to call you guys to confirm this. Desk manager actually told me that I should stop using booking.com and just book direct so we don’t have this issue. Such poor service and not what I want to hear while staying at your hotel. We are shopping other hotel choices now.

Ok for one night but...

Liked: Clean sheets, clean towels
Disliked: Room was generally worn out and shabby and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Ice trays provided but no ice dispensers so sad not to be able to get ice upon arrival

Look elsewhere for Columbia MD...

Liked: Staff were friendly and courteous.
Disliked: Room we were given upon check in only the light in kitchen area worked! Bathroom, vanity area & bedding table lamps did not work. Room we were moved to the toilet did not operate properly and tub looked unclean & no drain stopper but we stayed afraid another change we could get something worse. There were no outlets accessible on either side of bed for charging phones/devices and outlet on wall at foot of bed did not have any current making it unusable. The room charges are not justified for what this facility offers. Would not recommend staying at this location.

Disliked: The shower was dirty. There was a dirty towel behind the lamp.

Liked: Nothing. We found tiny bugs in the bed and room when we woke up after the 1st night. The floor was so filthy, I couldn't walk on it barefoot. The young lady at the front desk was kind enough to reimburse us for the rest of the stay but not for the creepy night we did stay.
Disliked: I explained it all above. It was a nightmare from the beginning. Although it is in a great area, this place was less than appealing.

Disliked: Unfortunately after getting off the elevator there was a strange man suspiciously staring at everyone while quietly standing half naked in his hotel doorway. The hallway and my room smelled horrible. It smelled like urine and burnt rubber. The comforter was covered with dirty with black spots. The carpet was filthy and the tub was infested with black mold. Also, the kitchen had thick sticky dark brown residue all over the cabinets, countertop, stove and refrigerator. The people on the same floor were loud and randomly running up and down the hallway throughout the night disturbing everyone from sleeping. Without a doubt, I know for sure that I will have horrific nightmares about this hotel for the rest of my life…. Trust me I will NEVER EVERRR stay there again!
