VERY NOSEY AND RUDE STAFF!!...
Liked: Having a kitchen
Disliked: The staff is so nosy they wash everything you can't have not one person come visit you without them saying something then they try to put me out saying I had too much activity when there was not one person that came to my room when I said show me on the cameras they change their story. But the staff is very rude and nosy especially the manager

Liked: The convenience to the highway and our destination.
Disliked: When first entering the property, the staff stated that there was only one room left. However through booking there was several and once coming back into the office and other people inquired they received different answers and more options. Due to needing the room for the size, the room smelled like an ash tray although it was a non smoking room. The shower curtain would not stay open and there were barely any hygiene products available. No one informed us of the start time for continental breakfast or any other perks that came with the room until our stay was over.

Disliked: For back ground information, I booked the room through booking.com on the same day of arrival about 6 hours in advance due to a family medical emergency in Baltimore. My husband and I traveled 4 hrs from my home to the location. When we arrived at the property at 7pm on Saturday April 13th, there was no one at the front desk. I called the 1-800 extended stay america customer service number. They informed me to call the number listed on the sign at the front desk that should be posted whenever the clerk will be away from the lobby. I called the number and after a lengthy conversation, they were unable to remedy the situation by way of a refund or locating the staff. After approximately 45 minutes, myself and another guest who had a arrived to check-in as well exited the lobby, she left the premises; however, I noticed a phone on the wall ( see pictures below) on the outside of the building and dialed the number per instructions. The person on the phone later identified as the staff, stated that he would come to the front lobby soon. When he arrived my husband and myself informed him that we had reservations and had paid in advance; in addition, had been waiting for 45 minutes. He stated that he was doing his job and didn't have to explain why he was away from the front desk. Of course a heated dialog ensued. The staff became belligerent ; yelling, pacing and becoming totally unhinged. He told us to get out! I replied that we would be happy to do so after we were refunded our payment. Unbeknowse to us he called the sheriff department. The officer who arrived was very respectful and listened to both sides of the conflict. The staff talked to the officer first, and than I told the officer everything that transpired and showed him my confirmation for my reservation as well payment paid in full through Paypal.
