Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

It was ok the facility...

Liked: The rooms are big
Disliked: When I got in my room the smoke detector was down and they charged me for it being down when it was already down … I don’t smoke and I didn’t cook so why would I take it down… the trash wasn’t taken out and it was only a half of roll of tissue in the bathroom…. I’m extra furious about my deposit because I spent over thousands of dollars in this hotel before and never had a problem so I feel like the staff was just trying to cover up for their employees

Disliked: The fact that we didn’t get a room and that we felt out of place we couldn’t check in early and they were gonna swap our room for 2 seperate rooms so we ended up not staying.. told them to cancel reservation and did it on the app but then they pulled there money from me even though we were not able to stay

Liked: Everything! The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to! We didn’t stay! Luckily we could cancel before 6 so we did when we saw it. We stayed somewhere else. This hotel should only have animals stay
