Staff are lazy and unhelpful,...

Liked: It was close to the venue where we were going to attend a concert.
Disliked: Entire hotel smelled strongly of marijuana, including inside of the rooms despite the supposed “no smoking” policy. Rooms were dirty, with fresh stains on the carpet and what appeared to be blood on one of the sets of sheets. Doors have large gaps you can see through, and you can hear inside every room from the hallway. Visible Bodily fluid stains on chairs, live roaches in room, and lazy inattentive staff. I was charged for my room despite having already paid for it on booking.com, and when asked about it the staff claimed that it was a hold that was put on my card by the site. It was not. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this property, as the local homeless shelters are far more accommodating than this place was. Save your time and your money, skip over this one.

Liked: Older property. Everything felt dated. No trash can in room. Different odors present throughout property. Night auditor was rude at checkout. We didn't feel valued. We won't be returning.

Not pleased

Liked: My experience at Extended Stay America Suites Raleigh was not to pleasing. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night. The place had a horrible smell. I was on the 2nd floor which had soft spots in the floor. The bathroom sink and tub had dirt rings that would not come out.

Not worth it.

Liked: Didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth. They didn’t have much to offer. Breakfast was not the best. No wifi even tho it said they had wifi. All weekend the wifi “couldn’t connect” it was ima and off a lot. It might have connected for 2 hours out of our whole stay. No garbage bags, no paper plates or plastic spoons or napkins. Overall the staff weren’t horrible how ever what they had to offer was definitely not worth what we payed for. So i wouldn’t recommend it for that reason. People come from far away and spend hundreds to expect a decent hotel room and it was very disappointing to have to throw away our hard earned money for something like this. Definitely for what we spent we might as well would have gotten a different hotel.
