Liked: We were there three days with no maid service. The phone was broken, the lamp bulb was blown out, a cabinet door was hanging off and water was dripping. The worst part was no maid service.

Liked: My stay was very good, and the hotel delivered exactly what was advertised. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. The amenities matched their description and they worked well.
