Extended Stay America Select Suites - Jackson - North

It was awful. There were dead roaches all over the kitchen floor and no toilet paper. We told this to the receptionist the next morning and she said they would reimburse us for the room and they did. I don't think we will ever stay at an Extended Stay America hotel again. It was terrible.

Disliked: The floors dirty and sticky. The bed didn't have a Fitted Sheet on it bed full of nasty stains.Only One face and one hand towel no big towels.Refrigerator was rusty and nasty.
