Rude staff and no breakfast

Liked: The suit had capacity for five people, as a Sofa bed was included.
Disliked: The Staff looked angry with her job or stressed with work, responded rudely, and did not answer questions appropriately. The web description mentioned breakfast but they did not have any breakfast at all.

Liked: Location was great. Staff was courteous and helpful. No gluten free options for breakfast - even an apple would have been nice.
Disliked: Of concern: there was a woman at the counter filing a complaint with the desk personnel that her morning meds which had been packaged in individual zip lock bags for multiple days then those bags placed in a larger zip lock were missing - she was a "longer" term stay resident and the situation was being escalated to Management for concern for theft.

Good

Liked: I liked the staff and the gym. There was hot water good water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to ask for plates, silverware..etc and that there were no paper towels or dish soap and sponges for the dishes. I also didn't like that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. The way it's advertised you think you will have everything already in the room. It's an extra trip you have to make to the lobby. The comforter on the bed is way too thin. You should have a thicker one.

Liked: The staff was pleasant, and the location was near our conference.
Disliked: The first room given was occupied and I was able to access it with the key provided. This could of turned bad. The friends/coworkers i were with their room had a broken bed and some substance on the wall. The lock was also broke on their door. When we complained they said would fix the next day, we had to get to our registration and when we came back their key did not work as they had also given a key to another guest who had entered their room. They then demanded a new room as at first they would not switch them.

Liked: My husband and I booked this last minute as our children were getting uncomfortable in the car. Upon arriving I used the phone to call because it was a late check in and the woman who answered was incredibly rude and definitely made it known I was bothering her so late at night. Then when she finally opened the doors and let us in she said they didn't have our room available I said okay I will pay the difference. Then she tried to charge me for an entire new room even though I already paid for my previous room. I called booking and thank god they were helpful in getting it resolved all while she's too busy yelling at her children or whoever was in the side room and giving me an attitude because it was late. When we finally got to our room half the lights didn't work. The kitchenette area was gross and there was garbage overflowing all the trash cans around the building. I would never stay here again.

Disliked: The suite set up was a little odd and could only see the tv from the chair. There also was a stale smell in the room
