In general it would have been nice if the soda machine was not broken, the grab and go breakfast consisted of more than granola bars and apples, and the coffee in the room came with sugar and cream. Because I got it through a third party, the management could not do anything for my disappointment, although previous experience working in a hotel tells me different but okay I'll take that.

Liked: The AC was cold and we did not stay long.
Disliked: Room was not very clean and smaller than expected.

Disliked: I booked with Booking.com and needed to alter my reservation. It took 4 hours to coordinate with both the hotel and booking.com. The hotel wanted to charge me $160 more above what I had paid

Disliked: I didn't like that I had to keep killing tiny cockroaches. The sheets were stained made me feel like they weren't changed from the last person. When I got out of the shower and pulled a new folded towel off the rack and stuck it to my face a pub hair was on it and stuck to my face. I felt so gross the whole 8 hour drive home. Nothing felt clean even the floors felt sticky. My boyfriend had to wear socks and he hates socks.
