I had a good experience. Everything was clean and fresh. Front desk staff was very friendly. I would go back.

Comfortable bed and nice to have Showtime movies.

Liked: Spacious and clean.
Disliked: Amenities such as ice buckets and glasses.

Liked: It’s quiet my room is clean beds comfortable and the best staff ever! Portia is AMAZING
Disliked: Needs better tlc and upkeeping. Trash overflows terribly. Pricing changes drastically daily. $700 for one night here was MADNESS! First floor had infestation of roaches and my children are allergic. Some serious pest control needs to be done as people are paying to stay here and deserve better!

Liked: My flight was late. They cancelled my reservation and wouldn’t check me in and still charged me. I had no where to go at 2:30 in the morning.

Disliked: Upon arrival, the hotel clerk told us that they overbook on purpose because people usually cancel, but that night they were overbooked and they just went ahead and canceled our booking. I told her I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to get charged for this booking and she said she was not going to charge us, that she put in the system that it was canceled. We had to go search for a hotel near the airport because we were flying out the next morning and after going to 5 different hotels, we found one with 1 room left. Highly disappointed in how our booking was handled. Not only that, but we checked our credit card a few days later while out of country and found that we were still charged for the hotel room that we did not even stay in and I have been fighting with the hotel to give me my money back. The hotel smelled of marijuana the second you walked in and there were a lot of sketchy people walking in and out. All I want is my money back for a room that I was charged for and I still have yet to recieve that. It is not 4/29 and we were charged on 3/28. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Liked: This was worse place I've ever stayed..when we checked in there was a man on drugs who threw up all over lobby..when we got to room it was filthy..bathroom light was
Disliked: No light in bathroom parking lot full of drug addicts and homeless people. The room itself was so dirty..worse hotel I've ever stayed in
