Very good

Liked: The room door is on the inside I like because you have to have a key to enter the hotel.
Disliked: No hot breakfast and you see rodents out front of the hotel coming from the bushes where you smoke.

Disliked: Gross , cigarette burns on tub and desk , floor , mini blind gross dirty floor sticky, side chair and desk chai unusable do to cat or dog damage, no shampoo or extra towels, hallway carpet stained and smelly . Room smelled like cigarettes.

Disliked: The chairs was peeling. Seems like it had been in there in years. Didn't want to sit in chair. Tub wasn't to clean did not shower

Liked: Only thing that was good was it had a mini kitchen in it.
Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable.

Staff are rather gruff but...

Liked: It’s great that they accept pets.
Disliked: The place is beyond minimal for an extended stay. There are no pots or pans, dishes, utensils, tissue, etc. Greasy stovetop! Yikes!!

Bad

Liked: This place sucks. I booked thought Booking.com and when I got there they told me they had overbooked and this happened to several other people. I stayed in the lobby for a while as I was stuck there as I had no other place to stay. I asked the people working how long had they known they were overbooked by this many people and I was told they had known for a while. I asked why didnt you call the people to let them know so they dont waste their time driving there but more importantly so they could find another place to stay. They told me the owner said they couldnt call anyone. My guess is they get to charge you for the first day even if you dont show up. So even if they were overbooked and you didnt show, I can almost guarantee you they still charged you. Overall place was dirty and lot of suspect people walking in and out.
