Liked: There was no breakfast. The room was filthy. We did not take off our shoes because the floors were so dirty. there were kids running around in the lobby on bicycles. the window did not close so we had to hear interstate traffic all night. Glad it was not cold out. Cancel the second night resv & left to get another hotel. I cancel at front desk, but they said i had to contact you booking. com to refund second night because cancel Friday night for Saturday's stay because of the poor condition of hotel. They should be rated negative 3 not a rating of 3 stars.

Liked: I like rooms and the staff. The staff are reallly nice and pleasant. The rooms are big enough.
Disliked: The stairs always smell like people their pets use it on the stairs. They don't get on people with pets with they let their pets use it on the stairs

Disliked: When we first arrived,and after waiting approximately 35 minutes,was told the place was overbooked no clean rooms available , tried to check in at approximately 5:15 , never got into a room till after 9 pm . The story the clerk gave was that they were overbooked and that all but two of their cleaning staff quit that day
