The staff made my stay...

Liked: I’ve stayed with extended stay for a while, as I was waiting for my house to be ready. I would like to thank Mr. Deniro (front desk staff member) for his excellent customer service. He as well as Ms. Sophia made my stay comfortable. Kudos also to the housekeeper- Mr. Seth. He made sure we were giving all our necessary necessities daily and always with a smile. Lastly, the manager Ms. Eunice did her best to accommodate me and my family during our stay. Thanks again to you all..!!

Liked: I would like to give a shout out to the Supervisor - Ms. Eunice and Ms. Sophia and the entire housekeeping staff especially Mr. Seth. They have made my stay very comfortable and pleasant..!! Kiddos

Liked: It was a person that stood out and her name was Ms. Sophia..!! She comes with a smile and kind words daily. Kudos to her. I will definitely be leaving her with a small token of appreciation upon my departure…!!

Everything in room is old,...

Disliked: The room was filthy, carpets dirty and had a terrible oder, only one towel, couldn't reach front desk or anyone who worked there till morning, hvac system sounded like a truck in room, got up to use restroom, turned on lights only to see roaches scattering , roaches around door and in plastic instructions was so uncomfortable had to leave this property..front desk person said she'd have to ask her manager and investigate. Not an acceptable answer for this. Called booking.com agent was so helpful . Found me another hotel as it was my nieces wedding weekend.
