Dirty hotel

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Very dirty, dog food in hall way, elevator smelled gross, dirty freezer, floors in room need sweeping and a good mop job just plain dirty

What was supposed to be...

Liked: It was close to 75
Disliked: Well number one there was a TV remote in the room, which didn’t operate the TV had to go onto the front desk new remote at the front desk work on the floor, housekeeping remote off of work back to the room hanging out with no toilet paper in the room at all go back down to the office because nobody answers the phone. Nobody’s there found some sitting on the shelf cockroaches were in the room there were no cups was filthy. There was a big stain on the carpet and the carpet overall looked really disgusting. It was pretty dirty. Wasn’t worth $77 that I spent that’s for sure.

Couldn’t even stay because they...

Liked: I usually stay here all the time.. they are clean and comfortable
Disliked: They never had a deposit, suddenly have a deposit & refused to cancel my reservation. Was told to call back & they turned their phone off and refused to message me back. Customer service couldn’t even get a hold of them. No notice on website about deposit & disregarded me saying it was a non refundable/ no free cancellation booking & still to this day no response & they keep trying to charge my card. Very sketchy. Fix that issue some of us are going through hardship & homelessness & little things like this are major inconvenience because we were short by $30 dollars FOR A DEPOSIT that wasn’t listed nor did we ever have to pay for before
