Liked: Staff was very helpful and helped with any issue that arise. Room was clean and pretty relaxing. Was very close to 320 bus that allowed easy access to nyc.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Service was horrible, staff was a bit grumpy, water was shut off for couple hours for 2 days while we were there, had an emergency evacuation cause of a fire, had to grab kids and ran out ,no pool, no breakfast ,had to carry dirty towels to get clean ones

Horrible and filthy

Liked: The location was the only thing we liked
Disliked: Our room was dirty and smelled bad, the pool is closed and they don’t know when it will open. The sink in the room was clogged. The staff seem annoyed and weren’t very friendly. The fire alarm went off twice which woke us out our sleep the first time in a panic. Just a horrible experience for us

Disliked: No heat in the room. Nightmare process to ask for refund. Booking.com and the hotel are not communicating and consumer have to calll both sides. But nothing really happens so far
