Liked: Pro: Very clean facility both the grounds and the room itself. James who helped me at the front desk was kind and professional and changed my room when it was discovered someone had smoked in it.
Disliked: Con: The noise from 92 is awful and constant. The room itself was stripped down bare bones, not even a coffee machine. Two guys came out every 45 minutes to vape and yell until 12:15 am. The fire alarm which consists of a loud alarm and strobe in the room went off twice 3:00 am (someone smoking in their room). Can't figure out the reviews being so good which is why I stayed here. Never again!

Liked: It was clean and the hot water was hot for bathing.
Disliked: It was very noisy because of the location next to a freeway, and the architectural design created long outdoor hallways that funneled and intensified the S.F.Bay wind like a wind tunnel. One member of the staff was especially inhospitable.

It was pretty clean and that's the most important thing.

Liked: Front desk clerk Walter went above and beyond to accommodate a longer stay for us. The beds were very, very comfortable.
Disliked: Bathtub tile walls were slimy-not cleaned. Loud music Sunday night for over 4 hours and no one to call about it. Filter for the coffee pot would have been nice and dish soap so we wouldn't have to buy a whole bottle for a few days stay. Also there were no laundry soap dispensers in the laundry room so unless you bring your own you can't do laundry. The wall between the beds should be removed. There is not enough room to get in and out, even for a thin person.
