I'm not going to recommended to anybody; really poor service; not a clean place.

Disliked: Disappointed because I reserved a non smoking room and they gave me a room with a really smell bad; smelled like a dog slept in the bed; amenities that I requested - none were available like an extra pillow, no toothpaste or toothbrush in a bathroom.

Liked: Location location location and thats all!!!!
Disliked: I wish I could put the pictures on here. The hotel was trash. The room was terrible. The refrigerator did not work. I informed them of this. They couldnt help me. Im pretty sure they knew before I checked into that room. There were no towels, linen

Liked: I love how easy going it is, best hotel hands down! Like I say, the staffs goals is too make sure everything is in the best condition for you.
Disliked: I do not like how some people will try to take advantage of these kind people, but it do not work: The energy you put out, you get back so I am happy for them for it!

Liked: I hated this hotel, it does not deserve to be named HOTEL!
Disliked: I DISLIKES EVERYTHING ABOUT IT: 1. OUTSIDE PARKING AREA IS FULL OF PEOPLE SMOKING ALL NIGHT. 2. TENANTS WERE SCREAMING AND TALKING LOUD ALL NIGHT 3. DOORS WERE SMACKED 4. THE INSIDE IS SO FILTHY, THE BATHROOM HAS BLOOD STAINS AND THE SHOWER AREA TOO

Liked: I love how the staffs will help you with any problem you guys are having! And happy to help as well.
Disliked: I do not like how some people will take advantage of kind workers. I seen with my own eyes on how some customers will be jerky with no patience when the staff give us what we need.. I just did not like that, BUT you can not control other people.. peace

Liked: Friendly and helpful Manager and staff, convenient location and spacious rooms finished with kitchen
Disliked: Coffee needs to stay out till 10 am on weekends

Liked: Kind of hard to say. I mean, when I arrived I wasn't acknowledged or greeted even though the young lady checked me in. So I guess I didn't like anything
Disliked: The fact that my room was dirty and nasty as hell. Not the worst but definitely not the best I mean the carpet was NASTY and there was no microwave?? The small kitchenette stove top burners were worn out and rusty. The toilet was leaking from the bottom due to the seal and hardware not tightened. The bathtub had weave hair in places it shouldn't be. The bathtub railings had nasty white stuff all over it. The television didn't work right or remote. And hoodlums hanging about everywhere. Unsafe. And quite frankly, it was not worth the $230 I spent for two nights. I wouldn't even pay $150 had I known it was in the condition it was. And to think, this used to be a great area in 1992-1993! Gateway oaks was a new community. Twenty years later there's ZOMBIES EVERYWHERE.

Liked: I love the serenity of the place, how the people make it so nature like.
Disliked: You sleep so great, the days go by so fast! lol. Next thing you know, you have to make another reservation ahaha

Liked: I love how clean it is and that goes long ways cause other hotels I stayed at will have so many rats, and this is one thing I noticed at this location!
