Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fredericksburg

Because the staff could not get my TV to work in my room 324, I was asked to change rooms. No one offered to help me with the move. I thought that was very unacceptable.

Liked: Price.
Disliked: Had to change rooms.

It was great.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: The bed was not comfy at all other then that it was great.

Liked: The staff is wonderful. The room spacious, the beds comfortable. Lots of outlets for charging chords, etc. The room was extremely clean. I don't know what solution they use to clean with but it does leave a very pungent odor that lingers. And whatever was used to clean the floor left it sticky and oily. Other than that, was a good hotel and I would recommend.
