Because the staff could not get my TV to work in my room 324, I was asked to change rooms. No one offered to help me with the move. I thought that was very unacceptable.

Liked: Convenient off I95. Room was large. Front desk woman was very pleasant.
Disliked: Arrived at 8:45pm. Our room had not been stocked. No towels, toilet paper, hair dryer or coffee pot. Staff said it had been a busy day-does the hotel need more help??Difficult parking. Entire lobby & outside reeked like marijuana.

Huge clean room, safe area....

Liked: Conveniently right behind Wegmans Grocery, lots of shops a short drive away. Not super walkable area, but there are side walks. Quiet area, near the expo center. Bedding was nice, clean upon entry. Early check in is 2:45pm.
Disliked: Stove did not work, which was our biggest reason to stay here.. staff was inattentive, frequently unavailable at front desk, witnessed various instances of guests trying to find someone. Reeks of weed on 1st floor & elevator.
