Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fredericksburg

Because the staff could not get my TV to work in my room 324, I was asked to change rooms. No one offered to help me with the move. I thought that was very unacceptable.

Fantastic hotel for self-catering travellers

Liked: Extended Stay provides everything you might need during your stay. In particular I liked the full kitchen included in the room.
Disliked: A safe for locking personal items would be a great improvement.
