Disliked: The hotel did not apply the rules and TOS stated to and agreed upon purchase online. I was denied access after paying and giving ID a month previous to coming. It was a struggle to get a refund after being treated poorly.

Disliked: First room we go the heater. So change us to a different room. The room had cobweb everywhere. TV had no plugins, it was gone. No remote for TV. Appears they are short staffed. They did offer to give us 20% for inconveniences.

Disliked: Called the front desk and reached hotel employee. Reported multiple dogs in rooms nonstop barking. She asked me which rooms and I said I was not sure. I told her she should go outsdie and check. She told me to "stop being rude". She could use some manners.
