We did not stay at the extended star deluxe in the end. The hotel was filthy, room and entire hotel smelled like smoke. Front desk man was very rude. We ended up walking across the street to the radisson.

Disliked: The pool was closed should have given a credit I would have went some where else had I know I would no stay here again. People live there full time its like a circus

Liked: The staff and the price is nice.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t open and the breakfast was either just a little muffin or oatmeal. Also, the areas surrounding is a little unsafe, but that’s not your guises fault.

Liked: The location was close to the hospital that we needed
Disliked: The front desk girl Bianca was rude and unhelpful. They left their frint desk unattended for 25 minutes, they made me pay twice because she didnt know how to do her job. The hall way smelled bad and pet hair all over the halls.

Good enough for one stay...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Staff informed me that I booked a full bed, which I appreciated, and instead changed it to a king bed. The location was decent and the lobby was clean and tidy. This was decent enough for one overnight stay only. Would not stay here more than that.
Disliked: We were put in a part of the hotel that seemed like it was strictly for longterm guests with dogs. The hallway stank horrifically because of this. The smell was similar to a dog with a severe ear infection (speaking from experience) and there was hair all over the carpet. Everytime we had to pass by we had to hold our breath because it was that bad. I just wish we would've been asked if that was ok, or warned. The price of the hotel was too pricey in my opinion for what we got.
