Passable

Liked: The location a must and the front desk staff were great! There is a security guard on site. The beds were ok.
Disliked: The entrance hall smells constantly of pot. The room also smelled like dirty carpet and mold. They have a kitchenette (with no dishwasher, as advertised) but you have to go to the font desk to ask for cookware, servingware, utensils, etc. Which would be ok if they had the supplies for everybody. They didn't have bowls when I asked for 2. So, if you're planning on cooking, bring your own things. The breakfast is not such. Just coffee, instant oatmeal and muffins. Housekeeping person came IN to the room before check out time, while we were still in the room. I was in the bathroom and could not answer to the knocks on the door. When I manage to poke my head out of the bathroom, she is poking her head into the room. Please, wait until check out time and confirm with front desk if the room is ready to be cleaned. I guess you get what you pay for but I've stayed in more affordable hotels and they were better.

Disliked: Horrible stay tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. I was so scared to sleep in the hotel kept me up all night tossing and turning asked to change rooms because there was two people kept standing in front of my door being weird I was scared I was gonna go sleep in my car. The girl that worked 15 April the night shift had horrible customer service. I called to let her know that I was gonna be late. All she said was OK and then when I got there, she didn’t even ask for my ID in the middle of the check in and didn’t even let me know what time I had to check out or where my room was located she barely had any words, she was actually on the phone half the time not saying anything. The only thing she said to me was here is your key. I should’ve known because the hotel only had two stars, but I didn’t think it was going to be that bad. I couldn’t even walk out of my room. I had 911 on speed dial with the address next to it to match this hotel should be shut down shower didn’t even work right and didn’t get hot at all toilet clogged on the first night and no help or nothing tried to reach the front desk nothing. Just horrible
